Melt-in-Your-Mouth
Meatloaf
2 Eggs 3/4 cup Milk 2/3 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs 2 tsp Dried Minced Onion 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Rubbed Sage 1-1/2 lbs Ground Beef 2 tbsp Brown Sugar 1 tsp Ground Mustard 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 cup Ketchup |
In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into a round loaf and place in 5-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hrs or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees. In a small bowl, whisk ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon over the meat loaf. Cook 15 min longer or until heated through. Let stand 10-15 min before cutting. |
